Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy 1. Deposit & Payment * A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot unless otherwise agreed. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling * If you cancel your session for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded. * Rescheduling is allowed with at least 2 days of notice. Your deposit will be applied to the new date. Rescheduling requests made after this period may require a new deposit. 3. No-Shows * If you do not show up for your session, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new booking will require a new deposit. 4. Weather & Photographer Cancellations * If I need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of your deposit. * For outdoor shoots, if the weather isn’t ideal, we’ll discuss whether to proceed, reschedule, or adjust the plan to ensure the best possible outcome. 5. Late Arrivals * A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. After this time, the session duration may be reduced, or the session may be canceled without a refund. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
